Consent was obtained in 2007 to Establish, Construct and Operate a Chocolaterie, Involving Chocolate Making, A Market Square, The Sale of Bennetts of Mangawhai Chocolates, The Operation of a Café/Restaurant. The proposal also involved the Construction of Four Retail Stores and some Commercial Offices at their property in Moir Road, Mangawhai.
